The GRDC
has an agreement with the GRC which addresses the hiring procedures
through the human resources database. The process that is being followed
is:
- GRC
makes a formal request in writing to GRDC for a list of names
as new positions arise;
- GRDC
provides a list from the database to GRC, based on the qualifications
(experience, skills, education and training) requested for interviewing;
- GRC
will select the required number of persons;
- Selected
individuals will be sent to the union office for membership verification
or to be signed up as new members;
- Union
office will provide acceptance documentation to individuals for
GRC so they can begin work.
