What is Post-Majority Care:

Post-Majority Care Services are supports available to qualifying Indigenous youths who were formerly in care or who are preparing to transition out of care to independent living.

What Is Available:

• Educational and Professional Development
• Opportunities
• Financial and housing support
• Physical, mental, and social well-being supports
• Reconnection with land, culture, language and community

Who Is Eligible:

You could be eligible if:

• You are a member of or affiliated with a North Shore First Nation
• Transitioned out of care at approximately your 18th birthday
• Have not yet reached your 26th birthday
