The Band Council Election of the Garden River First Nation will be held on September 19, 2023.If you wish to vote by mail-in ballot, you must complete this form and send it to the Electoral Officer by mail, fax or email.

If the Electoral Officer receives this request on or before September 12, 2023, a mail-in ballot
package will be sent to you at the address you provided. If you have any questions, please
contact the Electoral Officer.
Please note that the closer to Election Day you make your request, lessens the chance of your
completed ballot being successfully received by the Electoral Officer.
